This policy explains how Wonders By Us LLC ("Wonders By Us", "we", "us"), handles personal information collected through wondersbyus.com and when you shop with us.

- Information you give us: when you send an order request or contact us, your name, email, phone number (optional), your pet's type, the categories you're interested in and your message. When you place an order, your shipping and billing address and order details.
- Payment information: card and payment details are entered on and processed by our payment processor (such as Stripe). We receive only limited details, like the last four digits of your card and whether the payment succeeded; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information: like any website, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on our site. Our payment processor may use cookies on its checkout pages for security and fraud prevention.
