Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Wonders By Us, operated by Wonders By Us LLC ("we", "us"), through wondersbyus.com, our order request form, or any quote or payment link we send you. By placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.
Orders
Sending an order request isn't a purchase: we'll reply with product options, pricing and shipping, and your order is placed once you confirm and pay. For online checkout, your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor (such as Stripe); by paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. We may correct pricing or typographical errors at any time, including after an order is submitted, in which case we'll contact you before shipping.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where we're required to by law, based on your shipping address.
Product information and your pet's safety
We try to describe products accurately, but colors, packaging and sizes can vary slightly from photos and descriptions, and manufacturers may change ingredients or packaging. Always read the product label and follow the manufacturer's directions. Our suggestions are general information, not veterinary advice: consult your veterinarian before changing your pet's diet, giving supplements, or if your pet has health conditions, allergies or special needs. Supervise your pet with new toys, chews and accessories.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.
Warranties
Products are covered by any warranty their manufacturer provides. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are sold "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Website content
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
